Pallares Knives - Since 1917

Carbon steel knives make for a harder and stronger cutting blade than stainless steel and it holds its edge longer in between sharpenings.  In return for their high performance, the pallares steel blades require extra care.  We love these knives and believe they are well worth the extra care.     

Please note the base will develop a patina over time.  

Care Instructions

handwash, do not soak

keep dry, carbon steel will rust when left wet or damp

oil after use

if rust begins to form use a gentle scouring pad and vinegar to gently rub the blade
